For eligible items, begin your return request no later than 30 days after the order arrives.
Return conditions
The product should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. We cover the return shipping cost for eligible approved returns. Do not send an item to an address without first receiving return instructions.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order details and photographs when useful. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. These procedures do not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will explain any refusal and return options. Product-specific exceptions are disclosed before purchase and do not override statutory rights.
